No random destruction. It's permissible to change someone's base, but only if the changes are an improvement or an addition.
Allowed : blow up the wilderness, use TNT in the wilderness or your own structure, etc.
Banned : set TNT traps in someone's base, blow someone's base up, steal machines
Grey Area : use someone's renewable energy to recharge, borrow a machine. Set a trap in their base that does NOT destroy anything (aka like a piston lava trap or a tesla trap). Improve someone's base by adding artwork, etc.
Basically, no griefing, but most of the time if you do something in the grey area you will not be banned permanently.
WarDave and I have ban and kick powers.
Think its kind of crappy to ban someone for greifing when the old set of rules said it was fine to greif as long as we had not agreed to a truce.
ReplyDeleteallthough I am happy to play by the new rules just wish someone would tell me when they changed.
ReplyDeleteYou betrayed our trust. You would not have found our base if we had not openly given you the coordinates.
ReplyDeleteIf you want to return, you need to :
1. Promise not to grief again
2. Work diligently to helping us replace the stuff you stole.
I was not given coordinates i followed another player. I am happy to ot greif again i play on all non greif servers ussually. I do thinks its a little unfair to expect me to help replace the stuff when the rules only changed after I was banned but if that what it takes ok. I mean it did explicitly say greifing was ok.
ReplyDeleteAlso, you logged out the moment anyone saw you. That is abusing game mechanics and made it impossible for anyone to defend against your attack.
ReplyDeleteYou've earned a 24 hour ban. I'll unban you tommorow at noon, but be warned the next ban is a week and the one after that a month.
