The nerfbat gives, and the nerfbat taketh away.
Solar : 1/2 the energy output per tick. Solar needed a bigtime nerf. Before the moaning starts...consider this. If solar weren't overpowered, why do you have 50 solar panels?
Water Generator : only flowing water blocks count for the water generator's output calculation
Wind Generator : half the energy output per tick. This means that wind is still twice as good as solar.
Nuclear Reactor : Nuclear Fuel lasts 4 times longer.
And before you complain too much, go try out the geothermal Mark II. That baby hasn't been nerfed, and it has some serious energy output.
Hey, Bricked, I wasn't sure where to write this, given that apparently the forum thread on the IC2 Forum is outdated, and I saw no proper place for it, but I receive a significant amount of lag when on your server, which I believe to be solely client-sided. I then set out to install all the mods on a fresh minecraft, but am now crashing a few seconds after I join the server. Everything is fine, then the chunks around me load and I crash. I have no idea how to get the error report. I've heard of certain methods, but the ones I've seen only work in singleplayer. Is there some way you might be able to help me out with this? I really think I'd enjoy playing on your server, but the lag I'm getting is an annoyance. Again, I believe it to be a client-side problem related to MC Portable and my computer. I also copied all configuration and properties files into my .minecraft folder. I would greatly appreciate a response from you.
ReplyDeleteAdditionally, connecting gives me End of Stream errors.
ReplyDeleteI saw you try to connect. I don't know. You can try deleting your .minecraft folder, then dragging the .minecraft folder in MCP into where .minecraft normally is.
ReplyDeleteOr you can try Java 7.
-sigh-
ReplyDeleteStill not working.
Oh well. :(
